ENTERING RETAIL STORES
By entering any of the My Julie Retail Stores you agree to respect and treat all employees with dignity and fairness. Failure to do so will result in You being removed from the Store and may incur a lifetime ban.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold My Julie Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Your breach of these Terms and Conditions or Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. ONLINE ORDERS
By completing a Purchase Order, You are agreeing to purchase the Product at the price set out on the Website.
Full payment must be made at the time of submitting the Purchase Order. Payment can be made by Credit Card, Shop Pay, G Pay or PayPal only. You warrant that You are the authorised user of the Credit Card or PayPal account used to complete payment. All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). The final charge to your card is made in AUD and the ultimate conversion rate is determined by your bank or credit card provider. For this reason, we are unable to take responsibility for the final amount charged to your PayPal account.
All Purchase Orders placed through www.myjulie.com.au are subject to confirmation and acceptance by My Julie Pty Ltd. We will email you with confirmation of the receipt of Your Purchase order.
My Julie Pty Ltd may reject Your Purchase order, and refund any payment made by You, at any time before dispatch.
My Julie Pty Ltd reserves the right to increase or decrease prices on the Website at their discretion.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND
Free shipping within Australia and New Zealand applies to all orders over $55 and under 5kgs. This offer can be used when purchasing both sale and full priced items, as long as the Purchase Price totals AUD $55 and over. For purchases that do not meet this threshold we charge a flat rate of $10.00 AUD.
We use Australia Post for delivery and this will take approximately 3 - 7 working days. We use Australia Post Parcel Post Satchels.
Please note that During the COVID Lockdowns and Government Restrictions, The arrival of packages could take up to 3 weeks.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
My Julie Pty Ltd ships to most destinations around the world. For our international customers, all prices on our Site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in AUD. Prices do not include relevant overseas custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed at the time of delivery. The international fees that may be imposed is the responsibility of the Purchaser. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
A flat rate of $25 AUD for any purchase under 2kgs and $79 for any purchase exceeding 2kgs is applied to items shipped internationally. The free shipping offer does not apply to international purchases made outside Australia and New Zealand.
ONLINE REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you wish to return a product purchase at www.myjulie.com.au, please email us at care@myjulie.com.au with your intention to return. The item should be mailed back within 30 days from the original shipping date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping. You will be notified once your return item has been received and a refund will be credited to the original payment method used for payment. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note this only applies to full priced items. No returns will be given for Gift Cards or sale items.
To exchange a faulty item, please follow the same steps as above to notify us of your intention to exchange. Item must be mailed back to us within 30 days from the original ship date. You will be notified once your return item has been received and a replacement will be sent back to you. Please note this only applies to full priced items. No exchanges will be given for Gift Cards or sale items. Any costs incurred to return an item will not be covered by My Julie Pty Ltd.
